You will get access for basic course all the time of your subscription period
Only one revision course during your subscription period
At least two weeks before the start of revision course, you must inform us to give you access

You must share your exam booking confirmation and payment receipt ▪
You have to inform us immediately in the same day of venue booking ▪
You must exit the current revision course ▪
One-time exception only and for one course only ▪
If you wish to stay in the current course, you will pay for the second revision course ▪
The second revision course will be with 25% discount ●
if you are not eligible for free revision course
The full course has limited period (6 months or 1 year), your account will be deactivated ●
automatically at the end of the period
If you select the revision course plan, your account will be deactivated in the exam day
You have to share correct details: full name, nationality, specialty
You have to share active and valid contact details: Gmail, mobile no. with WhatsApp. and Telegram. You must update us with any edits or changes in contact details
If you do not respond to administrative messages on WhatsApp within 3 days, it will be considered that you agree to any decision made regarding the point of contact
It is not allowed to send any personal inquiries (requests) or system-related messages in the course group.
You must send it in private to the support admin
In the first time your message in the course group will be ignored but if you repeat this, you will be suspended from the group for one week.
You can only ask study related QS in the course group
You have to follow the course group for any updates or instructions regarding the study plan or timings of the live meetings. Not accepted to say that you missed or did not read the admin message in the group
Before starting study, please watch the orientation lecture first
Attendance live meeting and live Qs sessions is very important; your absence does not give you the right to extend the subscription or renew the course for free
The course notes and books available only in the website and the App., (no pdf copy) but you can request paid hard copy with extra fees
You can use only one device, but you can request one more device with extra fees
Refund policy
Our refund policy for subscriptions lasts 3 days.
From 3 to 7 days, you will refund only 50%
After 7 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
